Breathe. We’ve got this... Parenting is hard and we all need a little support sometimes.

I'm looking for...

Individual therapy

Starting therapy can be daunting. At the Hudson Project we know this and we also understand the complicated mix of emotions that becoming a parent can bring.

We offer a friendly, non-judgemental, space to explore these emotions. All tailored to your individual needs, whatever your family looks like.

The PROJECT sessions

Becoming a parent comes with questions. Lots and Lots of questions. If you would like a space to explore a specific issue related to the perinatal period, drawing on psychological theory and evidence, then these sessions could be for you.

You’re not alone

The journey to parenthood is hard.

Whatever stage you are at. Whatever your family looks like. The Hudson Project are here to offer bespoke Psychological Therapy sessions with our HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist. The Hudson Project will support you in navigating the modern parenting experience.

At The Hudson Project, we understand that it is normal to experience a range of complicated emotions when becoming a parent. The Hudson Project offers a space to explore the trickier ones, start to make sense of them and to offer evidence-based psychological interventions to navigate the experience.

Life can be a juggle and we understand that. Therefore The Hudson Project offers flexibility to sessions wherever possible. We build practical considerations into our intervention planning to make the sessions as helpful as possible.
